EMF Whoopi the Puffin

Whoopi the Puffin is quite a peculiar one. She likes to play by the sea and build sandcastles along the shore line. However she strongly dislike’s her hair getting wet, as it has a tendency to explode into an afro. This is why her mother named her Whoopi and this is precisely why she insists on wearing her yellow rain hat.
