Shipping & Returns
Little Branch is committed to ensuring that our lovely customers receive their items as quickly and safely as possible!
All orders will attract a delivery fee, which will be added to the total cost of your order at checkout. Little Branch uses Domestic Couriers and Australia Post delivery service. Orders can take up to 3-5 days to be prepared for dispatch. Standard shipping time is 3-7 business days, however if you require express delivery you can contact us before confirming your order and we will make arrangements to accommodate you.
All items in your order are inspected for quality before they are shipped. In addition to this, all orders are packaged safely using protective measures to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition – just the way you want them!
Suggested shipping timeframes are merely intended as a guideline. Your delivery time may be longer, depending on your location. Please wait the suggested time before contacting us regarding the location or status of your delivery. Missing items may need to be taken up with Australia Post or the selected courier. Little Branch will do our best to help you locate any missing orders, and will provide replacements in the event that these attempts are unsuccessful.
Little Branch cannot be held responsible for delivery delays that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control, including postal service strikes and natural disasters.
Shipping times may be longer over Christmas. Please allow for this when ordering during these times.
For international orders, please contact our customer service team for more information on shipping methods and charges to your local country. The amount will be estimated and added to your order total at checkout. Little Branch is unable to provide information regarding local customs taxes or levies, and is not responsible for the payment of any fees associated with international delivery.
We know you will love your Little Branch items! If, however, your order is not quite perfect for you, please contact us.
The greatest of care is always taken when items are being prepared for delivery so you can be sure that they will arrive in perfect condition. If you believe your item has a defect or has been damaged in transit, please email us within 48 hours of receipt, detailing the damage and providing photographs to help us in assessing the issue firstname.lastname@example.org If your item is deemed as having a fault or as being damaged, we will be in contact to arrange a refund or replacement.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via your original method of payment.
We will not assess items if contact has not been made within the prescribed 48-hour timeframe or if we believe that there has been some misuse or damage caused to the item by you.
If necessary, we will arrange collection of an item that is to be replaced or refunded. In the event that you are required to ship your item back to Little Branch, we request that you use an insured/tracked method of shipping. We are unable to action orders and provide replacement for items that do not reach our headquarters.
Packages being returned must be safely packaged in their original protective packaging. Any returns that are not received in new and saleable condition, with any and all original Little Branch packaging, labels or tags attached will be refused for exchange.
Customers will be liable to pay the return postage costs in the event of an exchange. Little Branch, however will cover the cost of return shipping and any fees associated with shipping your new order if your item has been deemed as faulty or damaged upon receipt.
