Trading Terms

1. We offer wholesale pricing to approved wholesale accounts with minimum order $350 and a minimum re-order of $100. All order amounts listed above are excluding GST and shipping.

2. Cards & Mini Cards have a minimum quantity of 6 items per design, Tags & Bookmarks have a minimum quantity of 6 items per design, Wrapping Paper has a minimum quantity of 12 sheets per design and Notebooks & Social Stationery have a minimum quantity of 3 items per design.

3. Freight is charged at time of your order according to the size and weight of your order.

4. Orders are shipped within Australia by Courier or Australia Post or the best means available, Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays). Please allow approximately 3 to 10 business days for delivery of your order (allow longer for rural areas).

5. If your order will be delayed for any reason we will notify you immediately. Any deliveries requiring re-delivery or redirection from an address provided by you to a new address will incur an additional delivery charge. We will take due care and reasonable precautions to ensure your order is delivered correctly and in good condition. Little Branch can take no responsibility for incorrect delivery details provided by you when placing your order – please check your address carefully.

7. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. No accounts will be held. Payment can be made with credit card via our secure payment gateway or via direct deposit. Please note that we require your payment to be cleared before proceeding with your order. To help ensure we can start as soon as possible, if paying via Direct Deposit please email us with confirmation of your transfer.

8. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST (goods and services tax) unless otherwise stated. GST for products and shipping will be added upon checkout. We reserve the right to update our pricing and shipping charges at any time without notice.

9. Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

10. If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please notify us as soon as possible to arrange a refund, replacement, exchange or credit note. Claims must be made in writing to wholesale@littlebranch.com.au within 7 days of receiving the goods.

11. Every effort is made to portray our products clearly and accurately in all photographs. However colours can often appear different on digital screens and individual printers. For this reason, all colours viewed are to be used as a guide only. Little Branch does not accept responsibility for perceived colour discrepancies. In addition colours may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process specific to each product. Whilst in all cases we try to use products from the same batch, occasionally we will have to use different batches to fulfil an order where we do not have enough products from a single batch.

12. Prices are subject to change without notice.

13. Little Branch retains the right to refuse supply at our discretion.

14. Product will not be supplied for resale via market stalls or eBay.

15. We use industry standards to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. Payment details including your personal information and any credit card details will be processed and protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

16. We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to any third party. Your information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or to inform you of news or special offers.

17. All information, images and graphics on this site and in Little Branch printed material are the copyrighted property of Little Branch and may not be reproduced in whole or in part or stored without approval and consent from Little Branch.

18. Placement and payment of your order is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms of trade. Little Branch reserves the right to make any changes or amendments to the products offered and our terms of trade without notice. Little Branch shall not be liable for any loss arising from failure or delay in supplying goods ordered. Goods remain the property of Little Branch until full payment is made.
